Keryx (“Keryx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a human-initiated outbound calling platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our services (“Services”).

We collect account info, call metadata, voicemail scripts, and device data.

1.1Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information
  • Business address
  • EIN or other verification information (if required)

1.2Call Metadata

When you use the Services, we collect metadata necessary to operate and secure the platform, including:

  • Calling number
  • Called number
  • Timestamp
  • Call duration
  • Voicemail drop confirmation event
  • IP address
  • User account ID
  • Script version identifier

We do not independently initiate calls.

1.3Voicemail and Script Data

We may store:

  • User-created voicemail scripts
  • AI-generated voice files
  • Script approval timestamps

Call recordings (if enabled by Customer) are stored solely at Customer direction.

1.4Device & Usage Data

We may collect:

  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Log files
  • Usage patterns
  • Referring URLs

How We Use Information

To provide the service, detect abuse, enforce Terms, comply with law, and improve security.

Customer Responsibility for Contact Data

Customers must have lawful authority to process phone numbers and initiate calls.

Information Sharing

Shared with service providers (Twilio, cloud, payment), for legal requirements, and to protect rights.

Data Retention

Account data kept for duration of account. Call metadata and abuse logs retained per legal requirements.

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or request portability of your data.

California Privacy Rights (If Applicable)

California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Services not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
